At Pacsafe, we stand by the quality of our anti-theft travel gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all security features and tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
