What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do Pacsafe products come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on our bags and backpacks and a 1-year warranty on accessories, covering any defects in materials or craftsmanship.
How do I clean my Pacsafe bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use bleach, as this may damage the anti-theft materials and water-repellent coating.
Are your materials sustainable?
Many of our newest collections are made from Econyl regenerated nylon and recycled polyester (rPET) to help reduce plastic waste in our oceans and landfills.
